Theme Music

Lots of people prefer to wake up to music rather than an alarm bell. Your toddler will also love to start every day with a song.

Find a song that the whole family likes, since you’ll be hearing it or singing it every day!
End the day with a peaceful lullaby to help soothe your toddler and get him ready to sleep.
You can also adopt “theme songs” to help your toddler recognize what’s happening in his day—for example, “The Clean-Up Song” means it is time to clean up, or “Singing in the Rain” means it is raining outside.
